West Point Grey is one of Vancouver's most desirable West Side neighbourhoods: larger family homes on quiet streets, heritage character properties, and an enviable setting near Jericho Beach, Spanish Banks, and Pacific Spirit Park. Many homes here date back to the early 1900s, set well back on their lots under the area's original zoning, and they reward a builder who knows how to work with both age and ambition.  Cloverleaf Builders renovates West Point Grey homes with that balance in mind. Our roots in fine Irish carpentry show up in the finish work, while our certified Passive House training ensures the building envelope and systems are built for the long term and the coastal climate. Whether you're restoring a heritage home, expanding a family house, or taking on a full custom renovation, we deliver a five-star finish and the peace of mind that it was built the right way.  ## Why Choose Cloverleaf Builders Why Cloverleaf Builders is the best choice for West Point Grey renovations. ### Cloverleaf Builders for West Point Grey Renovations **We know the area.** Heritage homes and larger family builds near the beaches and Pacific Spirit Park. **We build value.** Renovations that maximize function and protect a significant investment. **We build for performance.** Certified Passive House technique for comfort, efficiency, and durability. **We over-communicate.** Daily logs, photos, and live scheduling through the JobTread portal. **We respect your home.** Clean, protected sites and total respect for your space. **We stand behind it.** RenoMark™ two-year workmanship warranty.  ![CSP\_4563 W 8th Ave\_LoRes\_1325](https://www.cloverleafbuilders.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Website%20Photos/Additions/CSP_4563%20W%208th%20Ave_LoRes_1325.jpg?width=2000&height=1333&name=CSP_4563%20W%208th%20Ave_LoRes_1325.jpg) ## West Point Grey Home Renovation Services ### Explore How We Can Transform Your Home. Our family hired them to install porcelain pavers on our balcony, and they completed the project at a reasonable price and to a high standard. The quality of their work was excellent, and the entire two-week process went smoothly—from protecting the areas where materials were brought into the house, removing the old pavers, cleaning the site, to installing the new porcelain pavers. The team was efficient, well organised, and took pride in their work throughout the project. Overall, we are very pleased with both the quality of the workmanship and the service we received. Thank you, Eddie, for a job well done! They handled a major basement renovation, which involved expertly eliminating some structural rot, and built out a fantastic new finished storage room for us. In addition to the interior work, they crafted and installed beautiful custom cedar exterior gates featuring heavy-duty mechanical locks for added security. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend! Mr. Duff recently completed a comprehensive renovation of our newly acquired condominium unit located in Coal Harbour. The scope of work was significant and multifaceted, involving the complete demolition and subsequent remodeling of both the kitchen and two bathrooms plus replacement and redesign of our gas fireplace with Dekton surround, alongside the replacement and addition of custom cabinetry throughout the unit. Throughout this extensive project, Mr. Duff demonstrated not only exceptional professionalism and a thorough wide-ranging knowledge and expertise with regard to all aspects of the renovation itself – underpinned by frequent consultations with our interior designer and scrupulous attention to the design plans – but also a full familiarity with processes for securing the required City and Trade building permits. He further took the time to become fully apprised of, and then carefully to adhere to, the array of strata regulations for the building complex in general. We were particularly impressed by his and his team’s ability to work seamlessly and cordially with the existing strata and concierge staff, developing a mutual appreciation and rapport that made the entire process considerably smoother. Our head concierge frequently sang their praises and at one point mentioned to us that that overall Eddie and team were the most pleasant and circumspect he had worked with in his many years in the building. The tradespeople Mr. Duff brought with him were highly accomplished, excelling in their given specialties. He personally supervised all stages of the renovation across the trades from demolition onward, with special attention given to those aspects requiring more meticulous aesthetic oversight, such as the installation of cabinetry and stonework, ensuring the highest level of workmanship in the finished product. We were also especially appreciative of Mr. Duff’s diligence on a daily basis in keeping us informed of progress on all key aspects of the work and ensuring that detailed decisions on issues arising were always made with our input. Overall, beyond his administrative and managerial capabilities, Mr. Duff brings a rare and highly gratifying level of artistic attentiveness to detail in all aspects of his work, whether in supervising the work of others, or in his own specializations such as in tiling and silicone finishing, which brought the completed cabinetry and stonework aesthetically to very fine levels of precision. In summary, Mr. Duff is a gifted, widely knowledgeable and astutely discerning contractor whose vision is matched by his technical skill and commitment to detail. He was a genuine pleasure to work with throughout the entire renovation. We are thoroughly satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Eddie Duff to any potential client. Our family hired them to install porcelain pavers on our balcony, and they completed the project at a reasonable price and to a high standard.\n\nThe quality of their work was excellent, and the entire two-week process went smoothly—from protecting the areas where materials were brought into the house, removing the old pavers, cleaning the site, to installing the new porcelain pavers. The team was efficient, well organised, and took pride in their work throughout the project.\n\nOverall, we are very pleased with both the quality of the workmanship and the service we received. Thank you, Eddie, for a job well done!", "reviewRating" : { "@type" : "Rating", "ratingValue" : 5 } }, "sku" : "5051524", "url" : "https://23411386.hubspotpreview-na1.com/_hcms/preview/content/216827082273?_preview=true&benderPackage=InpageEditorUI&cacheBust=1783625452291&cssPath=bundles%2Fapp.css&inpageEditorUI=true&localAssets=false&portalId=23411386&preview_key=aTaQNCmY&scriptPath=bundles%2Fapp.js&staticVersion=static-1.85919&preview_theme=true&env=prod&injectedScripts=hubspot-dlb%2Cbundle.production.js%2Cfalse%2Cstatic-2.1854&injectedScripts=react-dlb%2Cbundle.production.js%2Cfalse%2Cstatic-1.81&hsSmartContentDefault=true&hsEditorApp=page&buffer_theme=true" } ```
